ANN FRANK:  Air Scent

Having started in search and rescue in 2015, Ann quickly went "all in" and trained to become an operational handler of Western Maryland K9 Search and Rescue. In 2019 she certified with an Australian Cattle Dog named Bogan as a NASAR K9 SARTech II wilderness live-find team. She has been studying animal behavior and training for so long that her father had to drive her to her first group classes. Now, Ann works as a registered veterinary technician, with over 15 years of her (longer than she will publicly admit) career focused in small animal emergency and critical care. Because of Bogan, she has gained a deep interest in preventative fitness for working dogs. This combines all of her interests: working dogs, training, and veterinary medicine!
