DAN RHODES:  Mantrailing

Dan has been a Police Officer since April 2004.  He was assigned K9 officer in 2012.  Dan has worked dual purpose dogs for patrol work and detection.  Patrol work includes apprehension, trailing, article searches, area searches, building searches.  Detection work includes odor detection of narcotics and bombs.  Dan and his K9 partners have been deployed in hundreds of calls for service from violent felonies to missing persons.  He competed on Americas Top Dog on A&E in January of 2020.  In 2021, Dan received the Garland Gilman award for my contribution to the K9 community.
